Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of your order. During this period, you may cancel your pre-order without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or mail) of your decision to cancel. 

Exchanges and after-sales service

As part of the pre-order campaign, exchanges are not possible after the product has been delivered. However, ODILO provides comprehensive after-sales service, ensuring the availability of spare parts. All product components are interchangeable without the need to return the product and can be replaced using standard DIY tools.

Delivery deadline

As part of the pre-sales, ODILO products take a bit longer to produce than other ODILO items. We’ll deliver them as soon as possible, by the end of the year.. However, ODILO reserves the right to modify this date due to various circumstances. Buyers will be notified of any potential changes as soon as possible.

Shipping methods and packaging:

ODILO products will be carefully packaged and shipped using the most appropriate transportation methods to ensure safe delivery. The packaging will be tailored to the size and fragility of the product to minimize any risk of damage during transit. We strive to deliver your product in the best possible condition.

Shipping costs:

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, product weight, and chosen shipping options. These fees will be provided at the time of purchase. We aim to offer competitive and transparent shipping solutions.

European Rates: 50€ including VAT
