As part of the ODILO pre-order campaign, a deposit is required at the time of purchase. This deposit secures your product and contributes to the final manufacturing stage. The remaining balance will be due once the product is completed and ready for shipment.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 daysfrom the date of your order. During this period, you may cancel your pre-order without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or mail) of your decision to cancel. Your deposit will then be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving your request.

No Refund beyond the withdrawal period

After the 14-day withdrawal period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you confirm your commitment to completing the purchase when the product is ready. However, you are not obligated to pay the remaining balance if you decide not to finalize your purchase. In this case, the deposit will be retained by ODILO and will not be refunded.

Exchanges and after-sales service

As part of the pre-order campaign, exchanges are not possible after the product has been delivered. However, ODILO provides comprehensive after-sales service, ensuring the availability of spare parts. All product components are interchangeable without the need to return the product and can be replaced using standard DIY tools.

Delivery deadline

As part of the pre-sales, ODILO products take a bit longer to produce than other ODILO items. We’ll deliver them as soon as possible, by the end of the year.. However, ODILO reserves the right to modify this date due to various circumstances. Buyers will be notified of any potential changes as soon as possible.
